3. PREPARE YOUR PRESENTATION

A. What are hot topics interest your target audience ?
B. Which of the hot topics are you best qualified to speak about ?
C. What information will help you serve this organization best ?
(Check out their website & public records.)
D. How can this presentation be customized for this audience ?


4. CONTACTING YOUR PROSPECTIVE CLIENT

A. Who could provide an introduction for you to your prospective client ?
(A employee that you know, A former boss...)
B. Who can you contact to build rapport in the organization ?
C. Who are the movers & shakers in this group that you can interview ?
(What can they add to your topic of interest ?)
D. Identify who you need to talk to get the job ?
(Manager, Owner, Human Resources...)
E. Prepare your presentation proposal and ask for the job ?
